• Learning level selection (A1 - C1)

Analytics and Diagnostics data (anonymous):

• App crashes and error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• General usage patterns (which features and tools are loaded)
• Device specifications and OS versions (to monitor performance)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To personalize and remember your learning accomplishments
• To synchronize progress across your mobile devices (if signed in)
• To diagnose application crashes and bug fixing
• To send periodic streak notification reminders (if opted-in)

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with unauthorized third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Advertising & Tracking Consent

Sprachly shows optional rewarded ads to allow free access to premium lessons. These ads are served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or IDFA), hardware specifications, and approximate location data to serve and measure advertisements.

For users located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, **we ask for your explicit opt-in consent** via Google's Consent Management Platform before serving personalized ads. You can manage or withdraw your consent choice at any time within your app settings. For users under 13, personalized ads are disabled entirely by default.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Local progress is saved securely within your device's private app storage.
• Cloud and synchronization data is stored on highly secure Google Firebase server clusters.
• All network communications are secured using strict HTTPS encryption protocols.

5. Children's Privacy & Age Policy

Sprachly is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you must use the app in local-only offline mode without registering an account. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that data immediately. 6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Under GDPR and App Store guidelines, you have full control over your data. You can:

• Delete your account — You can permanently delete your user account and erase all associated cloud and sync data from our servers. This can be done directly within the app settings via the "Delete Account" button, or by submitting a secure deletion request online at sprachly.kushan.codes/delete-account.
• Export your data — Request a download of your learning progress.
• Use offline only — No account registration is required to use local features.
• Disable analytics — Opt out of tracking under settings.

We partner with these leading SDKs to provide core app features. Each service governs data according to their own policy guidelines:
