Yes, absolutely! All lesson notes, vocabulary builders, grammar trainers, and reading passages are pre-loaded locally on your device. You only need an internet connection to sync your progress across devices or utilize the advanced AI speaking simulator and writing correction tools.

How can I cancel my premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed securely by the Google Play Store (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS). To cancel, open your device's app store subscription settings. For detailed, step-by-step cancellation instructions, visit our Terms of Service page.

Why are some AI responses taking longer?

Our advanced speech-to-text and chat partner tools utilize high-speed API connections to Google Gemini and Groq. If your internet connection is unstable, or if the API services are facing temporary peak demand, responses may take slightly longer. If offline, the app automatically switches to our massive local database to ensure you can continue practicing without interruptions.

How do I request account deletion?

You can permanently delete your user account and all associated cloud sync backups at any time. Go to **Settings > Delete Account** in the mobile app, or submit a secure request online at our Account Deletion Page. Deletions are processed within 48 business hours.
