Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 28, 2026 · Last updated: May 2026

By downloading, installing, or using the Sprachly mobile application or accessing our website at sprachly.kushan.codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Accounts & Registration

You can use Sprachly in a local-only offline mode without creating an account. However, to access synchronization features, you must register a secure account using your email. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, generate artificial API traffic, or disrupt our servers.

2. Subscriptions & Billing Transparency

Sprachly offers premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime memberships) processed securely via **Google Play Billing** and **Apple App Store Billing** (managed through RevenueCat).

🚨 Managing Your Subscription:

  • Free Trials: If your subscription includes a free trial (e.g. 3-Day Free Trial for the Yearly Plan), your Google Play or App Store account will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to expiration.
  • Automatic Renewal: All monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the current price until cancelled. One-time Lifetime purchases do not renew.

3. How to Cancel Subscriptions

Subscriptions **cannot** be cancelled directly inside the Sprachly app (as transactions are processed directly by the app stores to ensure security). To cancel or manage your subscriptions:
